Technical Highlights

• U Type Tipper – Generally 24 m³ for excavation; base 4 mm & sides 4 mm in HB 450 Hardox (or equivalent). Optional hydraulic rear cover.
• Box Tipper – General purpose box form with side supports for broad aggregate & bulk usage.
• Scrap Dump – Accordion-shaped reinforced side covers; HB 450 wear steel for lighter tare and high abrasion resistance in scrap handling.
• Side Tipping Dump – Lateral discharge to either side (model dependent) for confined or sectional unloading zones.
• U Type Insulated Tipper – 100 mm stone wool external insulation layer to preserve hot asphalt temperature; sides 4 mm HB 450; hydraulic rear cover; compatible with automatic tarping system.
